Shipping

Australian Orders

All Australian packages are shipped discreet, with no indication of anything sexual on the shipping box with no mention of Posmo either. Just your name and address. Credit card bills will say PSMO on your transaction. 

Shipping will be sent through Australia Post and include tracking. 

Regular Post - $10 Flat Fee

• Victoria: 2–5 business days
• Interstate (metro to metro): 3–6 business days
  

Express Post - $15 Flat Fee

• Victoria: most arrive within 2 days, but may take up to 7 days  
• Interstate: most arrive within 2 days but some may take up to 4 days

International Orders

International orders need to have some customs information added, so there will be the toy name as appears in the title, and our address listed. 

Orders will be shipped our through Australia Post affiliated carriers, prices will be listed at checkout. 

 

Refunds

Due to the nature of sex toys we cannot offer returns on our products due to change of mind. We can only offer a return on a product if it has a manufacturer defect. If this is the case, please email hello@posmo.com.au.

We know this makes gifting sex toys tricky. That’s why we offer our Posmo gift cards in amounts of $50, $100, $200, $300, and $500. You can opt to have the card physically sent to the receiver or have it emailed to their inbox. Problem solved!
