By Felix von Dallwitz (he/him)
Felix von Dallwitz is a Melbourne based artist whose work oscillates between analogue and digital mediums and modes of production. Von Dallwitz is interested in how artificial intelligence can subvert the creative process and form a symbiotic relationship between artist and algorithm. Recent works engage with the aesthetics of neural networks through their implementation within his painting practice, creating synthesised abstractions that traverse the uncanny as works slip between the real and the virtual.
